Hello, and welcome to my page. My experience in the real estate management industry spans over 23 years. I have been a property manager since 1994, licensed real estate professional since 1999, and a Broker since 2015.  It is my belief that good communication, attention to detail, follow-through and integrity are the foundation in a successful business relationship.  I am energetic, motivated and will care for your buildings as if they were my own. I am always continuing my education to stay abreast of the latest changes in laws regarding property management, fair housing and real estate in general.  I am dedicated and insist on personal service and individual attention for each client.

 

Prior to founding Guardian Property Management, I managed single family homes, individual condos, condo associations, and multi-family properties for over 23 years throughout the Pioneer Valley for local and national management companies.  In my current role, I work with owners to develop a plan that works for their individual properties needs.  From performing a market analysis, leasing, screening, lease signings, move-ins, accounting, and reports, to arranging all necessary services, responding to emergency calls, move-outs and handling collections, I am focused on providing high-quality service and will do everything I can to meet your expectations.

 

What I do for you.

    •    Establish rental rates by surveying the local market.

    •    Attract tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants and showing units.

    •    Help you to Achieve financial objectives by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.

    •    Achieving financial objectives by collecting rent; paying bills; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.

    •    Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; contracting with landscaping and snow removal services.

Guardian Property Management does have voicemail but during regular business hours, Jocelyne tries to personally answer each and every call. Updated daily on all properties, she can answer most of your questions, create work orders for maintenance technicians, collects and record rental payments, schedule tours for prospective tenants, take and deliver detailed messages to maintenance and/or the property manager and so much more. Her pleasant and helpful personality is an asset to our team.
